Brief Overview of First Integrity Bank, Inc.

First Integrity Bank, Inc. (FIBI), (Rural Bank of Bailen), was established on August 31, 2010, under the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) with SEC Registration No. CS201013448. Its main office is located at 1655 Real St., Poblacion I, Gen. Emilio Aguinaldo, Cavite. The bank obtained its registration from the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) on September 15, 2010, with Tax Identification Number (TIN) 007-854-139.

FIBI received its Certificate of Authority from the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) to operate as a rural bank on October 22, 2010. It commenced its operations on October 26, 2010, with a focus on fulfilling the financial needs of the community and providing support through various financial assistance programs.

In its commitment to expanding its services and reaching more clients, FIBI ventured into micro banking operations, a decision approved by the BSP on July 14, 2011. The Micro Banking Office (MBO) is located in Alfonso Cavite, furthering the bank's reach and impact within the community.
